OPCO funding

Your Notion trainings funded by your OPCO.

Train Champion and Train Team are eligible for funding from your operator of competencies (OPCO). I handle the file with my Qualiopi-certified partner.

Funding you've already paid into.

Every French company pays a mandatory contribution to professional training, managed by an operator of competencies (OPCO). This contribution can fund the Notion trainings Train Champion and Train Team. If you've never activated this scheme, you're probably leaving money on the table.

Two eligible trainings.

Three steps. I handle the rest.

  1. 1

    Identify your OPCO

We check your OPCO together via your HR department, your accountant, or directly on the France Compétences site with your SIRET number.

  2. 2

    Build the file

I pass the program and quote to my partner Aipoc, a Qualiopi-certified training body. The file is filed in their name on your company's OPCO portal. Approval usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

  3. 3

    Start the training

Training starts once funding is approved. Afterward, the paid invoice and attendance sheets are sent to the OPCO to trigger reimbursement.

OPCOs reimburse after training, against receipts. The request must be submitted before the training starts. Some schemes (FNE, FSE) require the OPCO to pay the training provider directly, in which case the process is adjusted accordingly.

Qualiopi certification, without the admin headache.

OPCO funding requires a Qualiopi-certified training provider. My Notion training is delivered in partnership with Aipoc, a certified body that guarantees the quality of the teaching process and the compliance of the documents submitted to your operator. Field-trainer teaching expertise. Certified-body administrative rigor.
