Train Champion and Train Group are eligible for OPCO funding in France. I manage the administrative process with my Qualiopi-certified partner. Your company can train its team on Notion at reduced or zero cost, depending on your OPCO and sector agreement.
Every French company pays an annual professional training contribution, managed by a sector body called an OPCO (Opérateur de Compétences). These funds can cover all or part of your training costs, including Notion training delivered under Train Champion and Train Group. If you have never activated this scheme, you are likely leaving money on the table.

Identify your OPCO
Check with your HR department or accountant which OPCO covers your company. If you do not know it, it can be found via your SIRET number on the France Compétences website.

File the application
I send the programme and quote to my partner Aipoc, a Qualiopi-certified training body. The file is submitted under their name to your OPCO portal. Validation typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Start the training
Training starts once funding is approved. At the end of the training, you submit the invoice and attendance sheets to your OPCO to trigger reimbursement.
OPCOs reimburse after training, on submission of supporting documents. The application must be filed before the training starts. Some schemes (FNE, FSE) require the OPCO to pay the training body directly — the process is adapted accordingly.

What you need to know before getting started.
Yes, as long as you pay the professional training contribution, which applies to all French companies with employees. The amount available depends on your OPCO and your annual budget envelope.
In most cases, you pay for the training and your OPCO reimburses you on submission of supporting documents. In some cases (subrogation), the OPCO can pay the training body directly. I will tell you which option applies to your situation at the scoping call.
OPCO validation typically takes 2 to 3 weeks after the file is filed. You therefore need to plan ahead of your desired training date.
This depends on your OPCO, your available envelope, and the scheme activated. Some OPCOs cover 100% of the rate, others only a portion. I cannot give you a figure before knowing your situation.
