How it works

The training structure

45 min

Scoping

We map the team's current usage and prioritise training modules.

1 day

Training

Group session on your real workspace. Hands-on, in context, up to 8 participants.

45 min

Follow-up

At D+14, a check-in with the champion to reinforce good practices.

What you receive

Everything delivered at the end of the engagement

  • Scoping call (45 min)

With the decision-maker and the champion. We identify starting levels, priority use cases, and known friction points. The day's programme is adapted from there.

  • Group training (1 full day)

On your real workspace, with the whole team. We cover practical everyday usage: navigating the workspace, using databases daily, respecting conventions, and collaborating without creating disorder.

  • Training materials

A reference document delivered at the end of the day. Key points covered in the training, conventions to follow, mistakes to avoid. Consultable after the session and transferable to new team members.

  • Post-training follow-up (45 min)

Two weeks later, a 45-minute call with the champion to review what has stuck and what is still resisting.

This is for you if

Does this sound familiar?

Workspace in place, team not aligned

The tool is there but usage varies from person to person.

Alignment in one day

You want everyone to start from the same baseline in a defined timeframe.

Group available

You can mobilise up to 8 people for a full training day.

Flexible format

Remote or on-site, depending on what suits your organisation.

Not for you if

This is probably not the right fit if

Your workspace is not yet operational

Training a team on a system that does not exist is pointless.

You have more than 8 participants

Beyond that, training quality is no longer guaranteed. Contact me for an adapted solution.

The problem is adoption, not skills

If your team knows how to use Notion but is not doing so consistently, Adopt is a better fit.

→ See Adopt

You only need one internal expert trained in depth

Train your champion is more effective for that.

Worth noting

Train your team transfers skills. Adopt builds habits. One can precede the other. If your team already knows how to use Notion but is not doing so consistently in practice, Train your team will not solve the underlying issue.

Your team does not know how to use Notion → Train your team.

You only need one expert trained in depth → Train your champion.

Your team knows but adoption is fragile → Adopt.
