With the decision-maker and the future champion. We define the scope, the processes to model, and the team constraints. Agreed in writing. Nothing starts without this sign-off.
Custom build (4 days to 4 weeks)
Co-build of the workspace on your real activity. Minimum 2 synchronous sessions of 2h, up to 3 depending on scope. Async iterations between sessions.
Integrated champion training
The champion is not trained at the end of the engagement — they co-build with me throughout. They understand the system's logic because they watched it come to life. Dependency on the consultant ends at delivery.
Champion documentation
A concrete roadmap for the champion: how to evolve the workspace, how to onboard newcomers, how to maintain coherence over time.
Adoption test (45 min)
A session with 2 to 3 end users before delivery. We verify that the system is understood and usable by those who did not build it.

Maintenance documentation
An operational guide delivered with the workspace. Not a technical manual. A document you will actually use to evolve the system on your own.
Final training (1h30)
Full handover of the delivered system. You leave knowing how to use, maintain, and adapt the workspace as your activity evolves.

Why a range?

The variation depends on the scope defined at the scoping call: number of teams involved, process complexity, number of databases to build. The exact price is communicated after the scoping call, before any commitment.

Included sessions

Minimum 2 synchronous sessions of 2h, plus a 1h scoping call. Duration: 4 days to 4 weeks depending on your availability. Additional sessions can be added as needed, included within the range.

Scope

The price is fixed. The scope is defined and agreed in writing at the scoping call. Any out-of-scope request is handled by a separate quote. A 2h tolerance for minor adjustments is included.

Payment

50% on signing the quote, 50% at final delivery. Bank transfer. Invoice issued within 24h.

What is the difference between Audit and Build?

Audit analyses and recommends. Build builds. If you do not know whether your workspace is salvageable, start with Audit. If you know a rebuild is needed, go straight to Build. The €490 from the audit are deducted if you order Build within 30 days.

What is the difference between Manage and Build?

Manage adapts an existing template to your activity in one week. Build starts from scratch and models your real processes over 4 days to 4 weeks depending on your availability. If a template covers your activity, Manage saves you between €1,350 and €1,750. If your needs are too specific, Build is more appropriate.

What happens if the scope changes during the engagement?

The scope is agreed in writing at the scoping call. If an out-of-scope request comes up, I flag it before acting. We agree together on a supplementary quote or a priority adjustment. No overrun without your prior approval.

How much time do I need to invest?

Plan for around 2 hours for synchronous sessions, plus 30 to 45 minutes per week for async feedback. The engagement moves at the pace of your responses. Expected turnaround: 48 working hours.

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
