Unblock targets a specific problem you have identified. We solve it during the session. Audit is a full diagnostic of your workspace: 5 to 7 days of analysis, a structured report, and a debrief. If you know what is blocking, Unblock is enough. If you do not know why things are not working, start with Audit.

That is rare. If the problem turns out to be more complex than expected, I will tell you live. Two options: we extend if you wish (pro-rata billing), or we schedule another session. No overrun without your prior agreement.

No. Unblock is one-off by design. You leave with a written summary and the logic explained. If the same type of problem keeps recurring, that signals a more structural need: Maintain or Audit.

No. The only requirement is being able to share your screen and show the problem live. The more precisely you can describe it, the more effective the session will be. This is not a hard prerequisite.
