The offer in brief
Monthly Notion maintenance, without thinking about it.
Maintain is a monthly Notion maintenance retainer for freelancers and teams whose workspace is already operational. Each month: a review session, async fixes, and a watch note on Notion updates relevant to your context. The goal: keep your system coherent and aligned with your activity, without requiring your time. Minimum 2-month commitment. Maximum 3 simultaneous clients.

Before
It was working. Then it started to drift.
The system works. But every organisational change creates a small technical debt in Notion. A new process poorly integrated. A database that grows without logic. A champion fixing things under pressure. Without regular upkeep, coherence erodes quietly.
Your workspace was clean at delivery. A few months later, databases have grown, views no longer filter the right things, orphan pages have accumulated. You do not have time to sort it all out. You wait until it becomes really problematic. That moment always arrives eventually.
For you if
Do you recognise yourself?
Workspace in place and adopted
The team uses Notion. The system is running. You want it to stay reliable.
Champion available
You have an internal point of contact available for a monthly session.
Maintenance without overhead
You want the system to stay aligned with your processes without consuming management time.
Technical need, not human
The team adopts well. What drifts is the structure, not the habits.
Operational workspace
You actively use Notion. It does not need rebuilding.
Long-term coherence
You want it to stay clean and structured without spending time on it every week.
Evolving activity
Your activity changes and your Notion needs to follow without falling behind.
Preventive approach
You prefer preventing drift rather than waiting for things to fall apart.
Not for you if
This is probably not the right fit if
Your team has not yet adopted Notion
Technical maintenance does not solve an adoption problem.

After
A workspace that stays useful, without spending hours on it.

Maintain keeps the technical quality of the workspace: coherence, structure, incremental evolutions. Adopt accompanies human and organisational adoption: whether the team actually uses Notion day to day. One ensures the technical side, the other supports the people. Both can coexist.
Maintain covers minor fixes and small evolutions. A rebuild or major modification is out of scope and handled by a separate quote. I will flag it as soon as the situation calls for it, without waiting.
The minimum commitment is 2 months. After that, cancellation requires 30 calendar days notice by email. The current month is fully due.
VAT exemption applies. €300/month is the final price.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. 20% VAT applies on top. Invoice issued at the start of each month.
