Maintain is a monthly Notion maintenance retainer for freelancers and teams whose workspace is already operational. Each month: a review session, async fixes, and a watch note on Notion updates relevant to your context. The goal: keep your system coherent and aligned with your activity, without requiring your time. Minimum 2-month commitment. Maximum 3 simultaneous clients.

Small evolutions and corrections identified in the session are handled asynchronously. Response within 48 working hours.

One Notion or Notion AI update applicable to your context, every month. Explained concretely, not in the abstract.
Post-engagement guidance
If your situation evolves and requires something more structural, I will tell you clearly — without pushing you towards an unnecessary offer.

Monthly session (45 min)
Workspace review, identification of necessary evolutions, prioritisation of fixes. A monthly check-in so nothing accumulates.

Adopt accompanies the people, Maintain secures the technical side. Both can coexist or follow each other. Maintain often takes over once Adopt has stabilised adoption.

What is the difference between Maintain and Adopt?

Maintain keeps the technical quality of the workspace: coherence, structure, incremental evolutions. Adopt accompanies human and organisational adoption: whether the team actually uses Notion day to day. One ensures the technical side, the other supports the people. Both can coexist.

What happens if I need a rebuild during the retainer?

Maintain covers minor fixes and small evolutions. A rebuild or major modification is out of scope and handled by a separate quote. I will flag it as soon as the situation calls for it, without waiting.

Can I cancel at any time?

The minimum commitment is 2 months. After that, cancellation requires 30 calendar days notice by email. The current month is fully due.

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

VAT exemption applies. €300/month is the final price.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. 20% VAT applies on top. Invoice issued at the start of each month.

How many Maintain clients do you take on at once?

Maximum 3 simultaneous clients, to guarantee quality follow-up. Check availability during the free call before committing.
