What you are dealing with

Your Notion depends on an external person. Or on nobody.

Train Champion trains your internal Notion champion in one to two days. The goal: to have someone in-house who can manage databases, onboard new team members, and solve common issues without calling an external Notion consultant. OPCO funding is available through a Qualiopi-certified partner.

Your workspace works. But every time someone needs to modify a database, create a view, or understand why something is not displaying correctly, you call a consultant. Nobody knows, and the problem stays. You need an internal expert — someone who understands the tool well enough to maintain the system, answer the team's questions, and evolve the workspace without depending on outside help.

This is for you if

Does this sound familiar?

Workspace without an internal expert

Notion is in place, but nobody internally really masters it.

External dependency

You go through a consultant for every modification or advanced question.

Future champion identified

You have a motivated, available person ready to take on this role internally.

Operational quickly

You want this person to be autonomous fast, not in six months.

Not for you if

This is probably not the right fit if

You have no operational workspace yet

Build first, Train Champion second.

→ See Build

You have not identified a future champion

Training someone who does not want the role does not work.

You want to train the whole team on basic usage

Train Group is more appropriate.

→ See Train Group

Your future champion is not available

The training requires genuine availability across 1 to 2 full days to be effective.

What you receive

Everything delivered at the end of the engagement

  • Scoping call (45 min)

With the decision-maker, before the training. We identify the future champion, their current Notion level, priority use cases, and what you expect from them by the end of the training.

  • Intensive training (1 to 2 days)

On your real workspace. The champion learns to understand the existing structure, modify it, evolve it, and onboard other users on the basics. The programme is adapted to their starting level and your organisation's priorities.

  • Champion documentation

An operational guide delivered at the end of the training. What the champion needs to know how to do, how to onboard a new team member, and how to maintain workspace consistency over time.

  • Post-training follow-up (45 min)

Two weeks after the training, a 45-minute call with the champion to answer questions that have come up in real-world practice.

Before / After

A workspace without an expert. An external dependency.

  • Every advanced modification goes through an external consultant or stays pending
  • The team asks questions into a void or works around Notion to avoid friction
  • The workspace drifts slowly because nobody internally has the keys to maintain it
  • You are paying a consultant for things that should be manageable internally

After

An operational champion. Autonomy installed.

  • Your champion understands the workspace structure and can evolve it independently
  • They answer the team's questions, onboard new hires, and maintain consistency
  • You no longer call a consultant for routine modifications
  • Your organisation can evolve its Notion without depending on outside expertise

Worth noting

Train Champion and Build are not equivalent. Build includes champion training during the build. If you are starting from scratch, Build is more effective. If your workspace is in place and you just need an internal expert, Train Champion is the right tool.

Your workspace is in place, no internal expert → Train Champion.

Your team does not know how to use Notion → Train Group.

You are starting from scratch → Build includes champion training.

Train Champion trains one internal expert in depth over 1 to 2 days. Train Group trains the whole team on everyday usage in one day. One builds deep expertise, the other creates shared usage. Both can be combined: Train Champion first, then Train Group with your champion as co-facilitator.

Build starts from scratch and includes champion training during the build. If your workspace is already in place and you just need an internal expert, Train Champion is more appropriate and more affordable. If you are starting over, Build is more effective.

Yes. I provide all the documents needed to file your funding application. Processing times vary by OPCO.

The Champion Documentation is designed to be transferable. A new champion can use it to build skills faster. If a new training session is needed, a reduced rate applies.
