Manage is a Notion template designed for freelancers and solopreneurs who want to centralise clients, projects and invoicing without starting from scratch. Built by a Notion consultant around real independent-worker use cases: CRM, project tracking, revenue dashboard. Available as a Solo plan (delivered ready to use) or a Supported plan (with a 2.5-hour configuration session).

What is the difference between Manage Solo and Manage Supported?

Manage Solo delivers the template and videos. You adapt it on your own. Manage Supported adds a 2.5-hour session where we adapt the template together inside your Notion, plus 7 days of async support. If you're comfortable customising yourself, Solo is enough. Otherwise, Supported saves you a lot of time.

Does the template work for my type of activity?

The template is designed for freelancers in general: consultants, trainers, creators, developers, designers. If your activity has very specific processes, the free call helps determine whether Manage is the right fit or whether Build is more relevant.

Can I upgrade from Manage to Build if my needs grow?

Yes. If you realise your needs exceed what a template can cover, you can move to Build within 30 days. The amount paid for Manage Supported is deducted from the Build price.

Is there support after the 7 days of Manage Supported?

No — support ends after 7 days. If you need ongoing follow-up, the Maintain offer is designed for that.
