Before
You use Notion. You don't really control it.
You know how to create pages, add blocks, build simple databases. But as soon as things get complex, you search for a tutorial. You patch things together. The result roughly holds. You spend too much time on things that should take five minutes — because you don't yet understand why it works the way it does.

Before we start, we assess your current level, what you use in Notion, and what you want to understand and unblock. The session programme is adapted from there.

2-hour sessions spaced out so you can practise in between. We work directly on your workspace, not on fictional examples. Each session starts from what you actually use.
- Session notes
A written summary after each session: what we covered, why, and how to reuse it. So you can refer back without watching a video again.
- 7-day support
After the last session, 7 days of async Q&A. To consolidate what you learned by applying it to real cases.
- In-session adjustments
If something in your workspace is blocking the training, we fix it together during the session. You leave with a system that holds — not open questions.

Manage Supported adapts a template to your activity in a 2.5-hour session. Master teaches you to understand and evolve Notion on your own, across 8 hours in 3 to 4 sessions. One gives you a ready-made system; the other makes you fully autonomous with the tool.
You need to have an existing workspace and use it regularly. Master is not an introduction. If you're completely new to Notion, start with Manage to get a system in place before mastering it.
We work on your real workspace. It's more effective, and everything you learn is directly applicable the next day.
No — support ends 7 days after the last session. If you need ongoing follow-up, the Maintain offer is designed for that.
The training is 8 hours across 3 to 4 sessions of 2h, spaced out so you can practise in between. Most participants gain real autonomy by the second session. The 7-day post-training support is there to consolidate what you've learned by applying it to your real cases.
