Where I come from
10 years in tech. Not just theory.
I spent 10 years in tech. Frontend developer first, Engineering Manager next. In teams of 10 to 80 people, I watched tools adopted with enthusiasm and abandoned six months later. Notion is no exception.
What I understood in that role: the problem is almost never the tool. It is in how you adapt it to a reality that keeps changing. A workspace designed for your business two years ago cannot serve the one you have today.
That is what I come to fix.
What actually happens
No black box. No delivery without explanation.
I do not hand over a ready-made workspace you will have to decipher on your own.
Every session, every structural decision, every database is explained. Not so you can recite the theory, but so you can evolve everything without me six months from now.
- We always start by scoping what you actually do, not what you think you do.
- We build or fix things together, iterating. Nothing is set in stone.
- We stop when you are comfortable, not when I have delivered my hours.

And who I do not work with.
I work with freelancers who have built something in Notion and feel it no longer holds. And with teams that have Notion but not adoption.
I do not take everyone. If you are looking for someone to execute a list of Notion tasks without discussion or adaptation, I am probably not the right person.
What I do well: understand what is really happening in your usage, name the problem, and build something that fits.
