Notion engagements: consulting, training, workspaces.
11 Notion engagements completed since 2025. Consulting, training, support. Varied contexts, concrete results.
2026
Context & goal
Official Notion programme allowing certified consultants to offer short, structured sessions. Each week, new clients (freelancers, founders, project managers) arrive with a specific situation to untangle.
Objective: quickly resolve a concrete situation — workspace architecture, poorly structured databases, page relation logic, first steps with the tool.
What we did
Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1.5h. The format is entirely tailored: no fixed programme, just listening to the real need and responding directly. Clients leave with an operational workspace or a clear direction.
Result
Sessions conducted weekly since the programme launched. Recurring format, ongoing.

Benjamin Miekisiak is an executive advisor and independent board member with 25 years of international experience (UBS, Credit Suisse, GE). He had just launched Noctursus, his governance and transformation advisory firm. His site already existed, built with Notion and Super.so, but the navigation was confusing, pages poorly ordered, and mobile rendering imperfect.
Make the site readable and credible, at the level of his senior positioning. Structure his organisation tools. Think through a visibility strategy suited to his market (GCC, Europe).
What we did
Audit and restructuring of the Notion/Super.so site: page hierarchy, navigation logic, visual consistency, and mobile adaptation. Cal.com configuration to organise appointments. Ideation sessions on visibility and acquisition levers suited to his activity.
Result
A restructured, mobile-friendly site with clear navigation. An operational Cal.com. A concrete vision of next steps to grow the business.

Grace & Mila is a women's fashion brand. The team was managing collections and seasons using Excel spreadsheets: production backlogs, creation tracking, sales, publications. A system that was hard to maintain and not collaborative.
Migrate collection management to Notion, set up a production backlog covering the entire cycle (creation, sales, publication), train the team, and train two internal champions able to evolve the system.
What we did
Production database architecture. Co-construction of the backlog with the relevant teams. Training 20 people in Notion fundamentals and Grace & Mila-specific use cases. In-depth training of 2 champions for autonomy and the ability to replicate the setup across other teams.
Result
Engagement ongoing. Architecture delivered. Training sessions scheduled.
Context & goal
Following the candidate form in October 2025, the need extended to the company side: businesses wanting to recruit female digital talent had no structured entry point at Meli Consulting.
Create a professional Tally form to qualify prospective client companies, showcase Nathalie's expertise, and improve the first-contact experience.
What we did
Design and creation of the Tally form. Work on content, question hierarchy, and visual identity to reflect Meli Consulting's positioning. Connection to existing tools to automate response processing.
Result
A delivered and operational form, consistent with Nathalie's premium positioning. A more qualified, coherent client entry experience.
Context & goal
Stefan Ifrim is a leadership coach. Client exchanges happened by email and SMS, with no centralised space. Shared resources were scattered, session notes hard to find.
Create a clean client portal in Notion: a single space where each client can access their session history, shared resources, and jointly defined goals.
What we did
Scoping of the need and desired client experience. Portal architecture design: individual client pages, session tracking, resource library, co-building space. Setup of a replicable system for each new client.
Result
An operational, documented client portal maintained autonomously by Stefan. No more scattered exchanges. A noticeably more professional client experience from the very first session.

Nine freelancers with varied profiles (writers, consultants, designers) who wanted to organise their business with Notion but came in at very different levels. Some had never opened the tool. Others had used it for months without understanding the logic.
Transmit the fundamentals in a group format: understand the tool's logic, create first databases, structure a workspace suited to a freelance business.
What we did
Three training sessions over several weeks, totalling 8 hours. Each session alternated between theory, live demos, and practical exercises on participants' real workspaces. Group questions allowed going further than an individual format would have permitted.
Result
9 participants. 3 sessions. 8 hours of training. Several participants kept in touch with each other after the programme ended. 100% positive feedback.
2025
Context & goal
Someone who had been using Notion for a while but without a clear method. The workspace had grown organically, with no overall logic.
Identify friction points, establish a simple, immediately applicable framework, and leave with a clear direction.
What we did
A 1.5h unblock session. Quick audit of the existing workspace, priority identification, reformulation of use cases against real needs. Actionable recommendations that day.
Result
A simplified workspace, an organisational logic established. The client left with a clear direction.
Context & goal
Jessica was using a complex Excel file to manage part of her business. The file had become hard to read, update, and share.
Convert the Excel file into a readable, efficient, and maintainable Notion database. Preserve the business logic without the rigidity of a spreadsheet.
What we did
Analysis of the Excel file and its underlying logic. Design of an equivalent Notion architecture with relational databases and views adapted to real usage. Data migration and a quick handover session.
Result
An operational Notion system replacing the spreadsheet. More readable, easier to update, accessible from any device.
Context & goal
Gaëlle supports writers and professionals in their development. She sent personalised messages to LinkedIn contacts according to their entry point in her community. Each situation required a different message, and manual management was becoming time-consuming.
Set up a Notion system to semi-automate the generation of contextual messages based on contact type and the origin of the relationship.
What we did
Mapping of contact scenarios. Design of a Notion database with message templates per situation. Setup of a quick selection logic to save time without losing personalisation.
Result
An operational system that significantly reduces prospecting time while maintaining the quality and relevance of messages sent.
Context & goal
Gaëlle and her collaborator PJ support up to 30 clients simultaneously: future chartered accountants they help write their dissertations. They worked on a patched-together Notion: manual checkboxes, personal databases mixed with shared ones, 30+ databases created without any overall logic. The system no longer held.
Rebuild the full architecture, enable smooth collaboration between Gaëlle and PJ, create maintainable client pages, and train Gaëlle to evolve the system independently.
What we did
Full audit of the existing workspace. Rebuild of the architecture around 6 central databases. Client page template creation. Setup of collaboration logic between the two contributors. Training Gaëlle in Notion principles: understanding relations, making architecture decisions, no longer being at the mercy of the tool.
Result
A workspace rebuilt from scratch, documented, and maintainable. Gaëlle is autonomous in evolving the system. Collaboration with PJ is clarified. New client onboarding is structured and repeatable.
Context & goal
Banlieue Bleue is a cultural association in Val-de-Marne, active across several areas: studio rental, festival, concerts on-site and off-site. They were using proprietary software that had become obsolete and had decided to migrate to Notion.
Build a Notion architecture suited to their organisational complexity and train an internal champion able to take over independently.
What we did
Needs scoping with the teams. Co-construction of the architecture: room management, event tracking, coordination across the association's different activities. Progressive working sessions for the team to take ownership of the tool. Internal champion training.
Result
An operational system built with the team, not for them. A trained champion, able to evolve the workspace and onboard new members.

Meli Consulting supports women looking to grow in digital careers. Applications came through LinkedIn and manual exchanges: no structured form, no CRM connection. A time-consuming, hard-to-maintain process.
Create a form integrated directly into the Meli Consulting site to centralise candidate applications and automate their processing into the CRM.
What we did
Creation of the in-house form, integrated into the Meli Consulting site. Make connection to automate flows. Integration with BoondManager, Nathalie's CRM, so each new application is processed automatically without manual intervention.
Result
A fully automated candidate pipeline, from form receipt to CRM entry. Zero manual input. Processing time significantly reduced.

Questions I get asked often
The usual questions about client types, how engagements run, and how I work. Everything that isn't visible in the case studies themselves.
Other questions? Contact me directly or book a free 45-min call.
Freelancers and solopreneurs, startups and SMEs of 15 to 50 people, non-profits. Structures of varying sizes, often growing, looking to organise their Notion workspace, deploy the tool across their team, or train their staff.
It starts with a free 45-min call to understand your context and goals. We define the scope and format together. The engagement runs as a co-construction: you're involved at every step, not a spectator. At delivery, you understand what we built.
I work alone on every engagement, from the discovery call through to delivery. No subcontracting, no turnover. One point of contact from start to finish — that's what guarantees consistency and continuity.
