Adopt is a monthly support programme to embed Notion into your team's daily workflows. It is designed for companies that already have a functional workspace but where adoption is stalling. A Notion consultant follows the rollout from the inside, coaches your internal champion, and adjusts tools each month based on actual usage.

The workspace is there. Training sessions happened. But part of the team has slipped back to old habits. Your champion explains, follows up, corrects. It is exhausting, and it is not their main role. The problem is not Notion. It is that nobody managed the change.

    Review of observed blockers, analysis of resistance, adjustments to the adoption plan. Your champion no longer carries the topic alone.

  • Quarterly team session (1h30)

    Once a quarter, a session with the wider team to consolidate usage, answer questions, and resolve persistent blockers.

  • Monthly adoption review

    A concise report on adoption status: what is progressing, what is resisting, what needs adjusting. A concrete basis for decision-making.

  • Workspace adjustments within the month

    If an adoption blocker is linked to a structural issue, I fix it directly. No separate quote for minor corrections.

  • Post-retainer orientation

    When adoption is stable, Adopt no longer has a purpose. I will tell you clearly, with the logical next step if there is one.

Why a range?

The variation depends on team size and adoption complexity. The exact rate is confirmed after the adoption diagnostic, before any commitment.

Commitment

3-month minimum. Month-to-month renewal after that, no commitment.

Cancellation

30 calendar days' notice by email after the 3 months. The current month remains due in full.

Payment

Bank transfer at the start of each month, before any service delivery for that month.

Maximum 3 active clients simultaneously. Verify availability at the free call.

Train Group transfers Notion skills in one day. Adopt installs habits over 3 months. Training can precede Adopt if the team does not yet know how to use the tool, but it does not replace ongoing support when the real issue is adoption.

Adopt supports the human side: is the team actually using Notion day to day? Maintain handles the technical quality of the workspace. One does not replace the other. They can coexist if your situation requires both.

No. The champion is the prerequisite for Adopt. If you do not yet have one, Train Champion is the first step. I will confirm this at the free call.

I will tell you clearly, with the recommended next step. The goal of Adopt is your team's autonomy, not extending the engagement. If adoption is stable before the end of the term, we redefine what is still useful or close out properly.
