Train Group is a Notion training for teams of up to 8 people, run on your real workspace. Across 2 to 3 sessions, your team learns to use the tools already in place in their actual work context. OPCO funding available through a Qualiopi-certified partner.

Your workspace is there. Your champion introduced it to the team. Some people use it, others do not. Those who do use it differently from each other. Conventions are not respected. Databases grow in disorder. This is not a tool problem. It is an alignment problem.

Scoping call (45 min)
With the decision-maker and the champion. We identify starting levels, priority use cases, and known friction points. The day's programme is adapted from there.
Group training (1 full day)
On your real workspace, with the whole team. We cover practical everyday usage: navigating the workspace, using databases daily, respecting conventions, and collaborating without creating disorder.
Training materials
A reference document delivered at the end of the day. Key points covered in the training, conventions to follow, mistakes to avoid. Consultable after the session and transferable to new team members.
Post-training follow-up (45 min)
Two weeks later, a 45-minute call with the champion to review what has stuck and what is still resisting.

Train Group transfers skills. Adopt builds habits. One can precede the other. If your team already knows how to use Notion but is not doing so consistently in practice, Train Group will not solve the underlying issue.

Payment

50% on booking, 50% at the end of the training. Bank transfer. Invoice issued within 24 hours.

Travel fees

What is the difference between Train Group and Train Champion?

Train Group trains the whole team on everyday Notion usage in one day. Train Champion trains one internal expert in depth over 1 to 2 days. One creates shared usage, the other builds deep expertise. Both can be combined: Train Champion first, then Train Group with your champion as co-facilitator.

What is the difference between Train Group and Adopt?

Train Group is a one-day training that transfers skills. Adopt is a 3-month monthly support programme that builds habits. If your team already knows how to use Notion but is not doing so consistently in practice, Adopt is more appropriate than Train Group.

Is the training eligible for OPCO funding?

Yes. I provide all the documents needed to file your funding application. Processing times vary by OPCO.

Can the training be done remotely?

Yes. Remote or on-site depending on your organisation. For on-site sessions outside Île-de-France, travel fees are at the client's expense and communicated before any commitment.

What happens if some team members have very different skill levels?

This is addressed during the scoping call. The programme is adapted to avoid losing the less experienced participants while not slowing down the more advanced ones. If the gap is too large, I will tell you before we start.
